They're a lunchtime favourite here on the farm and with a range of tempting fillings, they're certainly big enough to fill a rumbly tummy. Traditional combos like lamb and mint or steak and ale are all wrapped in crumbly shortcrust pastry; flaky puff encloses our sausage rolls. Perfect for picnicking or popping in the oven after a long day at work, these might be quick and convenient but they don't stint on flavour and goodness.
