From quick-and-tasty everyday meals to slow-cooked and indulgent Sunday lunches, pork has the perfect cut to offer. At Coombe Farm Organic we rear pigs that are a cross of traditional, native breeds. They live in sociable family groups and grow slowly to ensure their meat has great flavour and texture, balanced by just the right amount of fat. All of our pork is hung for a week before butchery.
