Charcuterie was originally a product of necessity – made as a way or preserving precious fresh meat that would otherwise spoil. Of course, we have refrigeration now, but the flavour and texture of traditionally cured meat is still a treat. We believe that the old-fashioned ways are the best, so you won't find a whole list of chemical additives in our organic spicy chorizo. Just good, honest pork (and not the gnarly bits, either) combined with flavour-packed, organic spices.
Serve your spicy chorizo thinly sliced as an elegant appetizer to accompany a glass of sherry. Or add it to a beef or pork stew to inject a little hint of interest and subtle layers of flavour. On a deli board, it works beautifully with the creamy delicacy of ripe brie or the tangy bite of a good manchego.
