A convenient option that's also healthy, Coombe Farm organic chicken mince is a perfect freezer staple. By using chicken mince instead of beef you can produce meals that are have a lower fat content but just as much flavour. From burgers and meatballs to tacos and lasagnes, there are plenty of family favourites that can be switched up with the inclusion of chicken mince. We only use prime cuts of white and brown meat in our chicken mince (we're not in the business of hiding gnarly bits in there) so you can enjoy the flavour and quality you expect from all of our chicken.
The breed of chicken we use at Coombe Farm is selected for its slow growth and even coverage of meat across the carcass. This means the leg meat is every bit as delicious as the breast and gives us an excellent balance of brown and white meat. All of our birds are reared in Devon in an organic, high-welfare system. We know that poultry are susceptible to stress so all of our chickens are slaughtered on farm to minimise crating and transportation time. High quality of life and low-stress slaughter is important for the animal and vital for the quality of the meat they produce.
