It's by growing our chickens slowly in a high-welfare organic system that we're assured their meat is always tasty and robustly textured. When it's slowly cooked it holds its shape and distinction, which makes it perfect for filling a pie. Because we produce small batches that are frozen as soon as they're made there's no need for preservatives, stabilizers or any of those other funny ingredients you sometimes see in your food. So what you taste is just good stuff. Very good stuff, indeed.
Before popping your chicken and veg pie into an oven pre-heated to 180°C, make sure it's fully thawed out and give it a quick glaze with beaten egg. Cook for 20 minutes until crisp, golden and bubbling hot inside.
